DeveloperWeek 2014 Conference & Festival has three main exhibitor options to meet your company’s needs.
10’ x 10’All 10’ x 10’ will be equipped with a 6’2 exhibitor table, 1 tablecloth, up to 3 chairs, general wifi and 2 power strips.
20’ x 10’All 20’ x 10’ will be equipped with 2 6’2 exhibitor tables, 2 tablecloths, up to 6 chairs, general wifi and 3 power strips.
7.5 x 10’All 7.5’ x 10’ expo booths will be equipped with a 6’2 exhibitor table, tablecloth, up to 2 chairs, general wifi and 1 power strip.
30″ round startup demo tableAll startup demo tables will be equipped with a 24″ bar-high round, general wifi, and 1 power strip.

I’m a confirmed DeveloperWeek 2014 exhibitor. What do you need from me?
All exhibitors need to submit an exhibitor information form within 5 business days of being confirmed by the DeveloperWeek 2014 Conference & Festival team.
What kind of pass should exhibitors register for?
Sponsors should register for a Standard Complete Pass here using their comp code. Standard Complete Passes include access to all DeveloperWeek 2014 conference sessions and events throughout the week.
As an exhibitor, how many passes do we get?
The number of passes available for your team will be specified in your welcome email. You may register for these comp passes using the comp code also provided in the email.

When will the expo floorplan be available and can we pre-select our space?
The expo floorplan will be released two weeks before the conference. Unless specified in your sponsorship package, all space selections will be made by the DeveloperWeek 2014 team.
Where can we find booth shipping information?
Freight Shipping and Booth Delivery information will be downloadable in the Exhibitor Logistics section above beginning on Friday, January 24.
You will NOT be allowed to ship booth items directly to Terra Gallery and Event Venue.
How many chairs come with my expo table?
10’×10’ booths will have up to 3 chairs. 20’x10’ booths will have up to 6 chairs. 7 ½’ x 10’ booths will have up to 2 chairs. Startup demo tables will not come with any chairs.
How many power strips will my exhibitor table get?
10′x10′ booths will come with two power strips. 20’x 20’ booths will come with three power strips. 7.5′x10′ booths and startup demo tables will come with one power strip. Additional power may be ordered through the Additional AV Order Form listed above in the Exhibitor Logistics.
Does my exhibitor table come with wifi?
All exhibitors will have access to free public wifi in the gallery. Additional Ethernet cables will be available for purchase. Please refer to the additional wifi & power order forms above for more information.
Does my booth come with signage?
All booths will be marked with a company name and booth number. The DeveloperWeek 2014 team will not provide additional signage.
Will lunch be included for all exhibitors?
Unless specified in your exhibitor package, lunch will not be included. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Do exhibitors have access to the DeveloperWeek 2014 attendee list?
Unless specified in your exhibitor package, exhibitors do not have access to the DeveloperWeek 2014 attendee list.
Do exhibitors have access to the DeveloperWeek 2014 press list?
Unless specified in your sponsorship package, exhibitors do not have access to the DeveloperWeek 2014 press list.
Can exhibitors send collateral to be included in the DeveloperWeek 2014 conference bag?
You may only send collateral to be included in the DeveloperWeek 2014 conference bag if it is specified in your exhibitor package. All inserts should be sent to the DeveloperWeek 2014 headquarters at the address below no later than Monday, February 10.
